Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Apogeo, the game by ANOMALIA GAMES (data controller: Umberto Grimaldi), and which data is deleted or kept.

1. In the app

If you have an account (signed in with email, Apple or Google):

open Apogeo and tap the profile icon at the top right of the menu;
tap DELETE ACCOUNT;
confirm with DELETE PERMANENTLY.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app, or you play as a guest without an account, write to support@playapogeo.app with the subject "Account deletion" and include:

if you have an account, the email you sign in with, writing to us from that address;
if you play as a guest, the pilot name shown at the top of your profile (for example Astro-25D8) and the day of your last run.

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

3. What is deleted

From our database, permanently:

your profile: pilot name and friend code;
your sign-in data: email and the link to Apple or Google;
your runs and scores, leaderboards included, with the technical data of each run;
your friendships and friend requests;
your 1v1 challenges, in your opponent's history too;
your notifications, including those other players received that name you;
the push notification tokens of your devices;
your achievements and statistics.

We keep no backup copies of the database, so deleted data cannot be recovered.

4. What is kept, and for how long

Data	Retention
Server technical logs (IP address, API requests), at our backend provider (Supabase)	At most 7 days, then deleted automatically
Logs of the sign-in code emails, at our email provider (Resend)	30 days
Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), tied to the app installation and not to your account	90 days
Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics), tied to the app installation and not to your account	At most 14 months
Advertising data (Google AdMob), not linked to your Apogeo account	Under Google's policies
Scores and achievements sent to Game Center (Apple) or Google Play Games	Managed by Apple and Google: you can remove them in those services' settings
Settings stored on your phone	Until you uninstall the app
